We want you to love your order! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 1–3 working days of receiving your item(s).
Returns
• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Returns must be requested within 1–3 working days from the date of delivery.
• To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, please mention it when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items, accessories, or customized/personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
